Message: I'm not a handy person; however, I like how ACE has employees give advice on home projects you're doing. I stopped in to pick up a couple of items and ACE employees are always available to assist with your needs and concerns. Employees are always friendly and courteous as well as the environment of the store is nice & clean.. I love how this particular ACE gives military discount.

Message: Staff was friendly and attentive. I wasn't sure exactly where to look for what I needed, and figured I'd go ask an associate. Turns out, I didn't have to go find someone, the gentleman was already approaching to assist me. He ask what I was looking for, told me the aisle, what side, then walked me right to it anyway. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant, not pushy or hovering over me ( I do NOT like it & will exit a store immediately if that happens) trying to push "add on's" related to my item. He assisted me with my inquiry, took time to personally take me to the exact location, asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and when I said no, & thanked him very, very much for all his help, I was told it was his pleasure & to have a wonderful day! The cashier was also just as friendly as that gentleman, and it made for a very pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this store!

Message: Love me a good local hardware store! Excellent customer service, unfortunately they didn’t have glass big enough for my needs after my relator recommended I stop in and try. I’ve never known an Ace to do glass, but they do! I needed a 58” piece though. With that said, the customer service was so great they were able to recommend another local glass shop to me, who was able to cut the piece I needed and I was fixed up in a few hours. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks!
